Suppose I have an express application, it has all APIs (assume crud APIs of Task and Project management)

It is deployed on ECS, now I want to add this to the same ECS, how do I define/initialize the graph?

I want to invoke the graph using an API endpoint. Also, I want to use the existing API routes' functionalities as tools for the graph in order to avoid writing them again.
